1:1 Functional Medicine Health Coaching sessions via telehealth

Free Discovery call – 15 min session with a coach to explain what role a functional medicine health coach is and how I can help you meet your goals. This call will also determine if Shine is a good fit for you.

Package includes

Foundation session – 60-75 min initial session.  You and the coach will establish what your current lifestyle looks like and define what your optimal wellness is.  You will also devise action plans, determine possible challenges and ways to manage those obstacles. An email will follow with a summary of the session and resources discussed.

Follow up sessions – 30 minutes.  You and the coach will measure progress, determine where you are in your journey and what other tools will assist you in meeting your wellness goals. More follow up sessions can be added if needed.
